Cancellations, collections and returns policy

1.- COLLECTION POLICY:

ESEI EVENTS will send its customers an offer by email or wasap in which a relationship and a price will be offered for the requested services.
The offer sent will be valid for 1 month and it will indicate the destinations, amounts and payment terms.
To consider that the reservation is firm and confirmed, the client must make a bank transfer of the amount indicated in the offer. This income will be considered the first payment.
The second and third payments shall also be made according to the indications of the offer.
The third payment will be the last and final and will always be made before 40 days before the start of the event.
The bank's current account will be indicated in the offer.

2.-CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 In case of cancellation of a club or entire team, the following procedure will be done:Once the cancellation has been communicated,
the client will have 15 days to send the UNSOLD draw ballots to the offices of ESEI.
Once the ESEI ballots have been received, you will have 90 days, from the end of the tournament, to return the amounts paid (minus the amount of the tickets sold), according to the following penalties:
• If the cancellation occurs during the 30 days prior to the start of the tournament, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
• If the cancellation occurs between the 31st and the 60th day prior to the start of the tournament, the cancellation fee will be 50%.
• If the cancellation occurs before those dates the refund will be 80%

In all cases, the amount to be returned will be deducted from the ballots that have not been returned in a timely manner.

2.2 In case of cancellation of a player or companion will proceed as follows:Once the cancellation has been communicated,
the client will have 15 days to send the draw tickets UNSOLD to the offices of ESEI.
Once the ESEI ballots have been received, you will have 90 days, from the end of the tournament, to return the amounts paid (minus the amount of the tickets sold), according to the following penalties:

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO INJURY OR ILLNESS or SERIOUS CAUSE
• In any case a medical certificate and conclusive proof of the reason for cancellation will be required, in case of COVID a positive PCR test will be requested.

• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 7 to 15 days prior to the event, the refund will be 75% as long as the hotel in which the group is staying accepts that return and does not charge the company for the room.
• CANCELLATIONS produced during the event or no show on the day of entry, will entail 100% expenses.
• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 16 to 30 days prior to the event, the refund will be 85% as long as the hotel in which the group is staying accepts that return and does not charge the company the room.
• CANCELLATIONS produced before one month before the start of the tournament, the refund will be 100%.
In all cases, the amount to be returned will be deducted from the ballots that have not been returned in a timely manner.

CANCELLATIONS FOR STUDIES, RECOVERY EXAMS AND FAILURES

In any case, a certificate from the school and conclusive proof of the reason for cancellation will be required.

• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 7 to 15 days prior to the event, the refund will be 55% as long as the hotel in which the group is staying accepts that return and does not charge the company the room.
• CANCELLATIONS produced during the event or no show on the day of entry, will entail 100% expenses.
• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 16 to 30 days prior to the event, the refund will be 70% as long as the hotel in which the group is staying accepts that refund and does not charge the company the room.
• CANCELLATIONS produced before one month before the start of the tournament, the refund will be 100%.
In all cases, the amount to be returned will be deducted from the ballots that have not been returned in a timely manner.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO CHANGE OF TRIP OR OTHER CAUSES WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION.
• In any case, an explanation of the reason will be required.

• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 7 to 15 days prior to the event or CANCELLATIONS produced during the event or
no show on the day of entry, will entail expenses of 100%.
• CANCELLATIONS produced throughout the 16 to 30 days prior to the event, the refund will be 45% as long as the hotel in which the group is staying accepts that refund and does not charge the company the room.
• CANCELLATIONS produced before one month before the start of the tournament, the refund will be 60%.
In all cases, the amount to be returned will be deducted from the ballots that have not been returned in a timely manner.

3.-RETURN POLICY

The client, or the club must provide the documentation for which the return is requested and a current account through the email [email protected].
ESEI will make the requested transfer, according to the cancellation policy indicated in the previous point, before 90 business days of the end of the event.
